In Luke 12:11 says, And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say: For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.
Matthew 18:15-17, Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear [thee, then] take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell [it] unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.
One fact you must learn about believers taking to court unjustly is that, the Lord will surely win the case for them. God rules in the affairs of men.
There is no lawyer or barrister that is more powerful than God. No wonder the Bible describe our Lord Jesus as our Advocate.
The enemy can file a case against you
The enemy might want them to jail you for the crime you did not commit. The reason many people are in the prison unjustly are because of the works of the enemy concerning them.
As a believer, Satanic power cannot win that court case you are being called to sit for. The Bible says Greater is He that is in than He that is in the world.
Ahithopel was a fake friend to David and was an evil counselor. Shortly, he was dead and gone. Today, we have people who will smile at you, play with you and tell you how nice you are but inside them, they are wishing for your downfall. They are wishing you to rot in the prison. Such people can easily look for a little thing against you. But one thing you should know is the fact that God is with you. You cannot lose that judgement to the enemy.
Jesus Christ has authority over the devil and his agents that steal, kill and destroy.
”When a man’s ways please the LORD, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.” Proverbs 16:7
To win this court case is to admit your sins, or shortcoming before Him. When you are summoned to a court, He is there with you throughout the process of the judgment.
When God leads, it is always in the path that guarantee freedom and victory at the court. With the presence of God in your life, that case is won for your sake.
Many people get into the wrong hand because they have not truly discovered who they are dealing with or choosing as friends. Nothing can be more terrible for a person or friend to be taking you to court.
The Bible says, ”If God be for us, who can be against us?” If God is against you, you cannot win the court case and go scott free.
If you falsely take someone to court because of your art of wickedness and envy, the Lord will fight against you.That is why people spent lots of money to bribe lawyer in bribery lawyers to faavour them. They forgot what they have done, they did not know that it is God that is paying them back in their own way.
When a person is gulty of that case, sin will catch up with him. You cannot lie aagainst someone at the court and go scot free. The Bible says, Ye shall know the truth and only the truth shall set you free.
If you are praying and asking God to turn that case for your favour, and He does not and heaven was silent for your matter, you had better check yourself quickly before every concluded works of the enemy begins to manifest. Let go straight to prayers.
INSTRUCTION: Embark on 3 days fasting and prayers. Cry out to God concerning this court case. (Ensure you are not guilty). Pray with these scriptures. Rom 10:11, 1 Tim 1:8-11
Declaration Before Going to Court
”Father, I come before you in Jesus name. Forgive me for every sin I have committed knowingly or unknowingly. I want to obtain mercy and grace to win over this court case (mention the date). Lord Jesus, My lawyer may fail me. But you will never disappoint me. Barricade me with your fire and your presence of God. O Lord, defend my case and declare a winner in the name of Jesus. I nullify every plan, scheme to lock me up in the prison of delay, in Jesus name. Every law, procedure at the court that will aid my opposition against me, I scatter it by the blood of Jesus. I am covered with the blood of Jesus. “
Read Psalmist loud and clear
Psalm 7:10-13, ”My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart. God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day. If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready. He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors.”

45. Let all my blessings presently in the prison of the enemy begin to pursue me and overtake me as from today, in the name of Jesus.
46. Every power that wants me to waste my money for no reason at the court, receive disappointment, in Jesus name.
